Etanchéité à l'air
Construire une maison consommant peu d'énergie est notamment une affaire d'isolation thermique et de ventilation efficace.
Une construction étanche à l'air du côté chaud empêche les courants d'air et l'apport d'humidité au sein de l'isolant, de même qu'elle assure une ventilation mieux contrôlée.
* Les membranes ci-dessous assurent l'étanchéité à l'air:
Proclima INTELLO-plus: frein-vapeur étanche à l'air, à la diffusion variable selon le taux d'humidité. Convient pour murs, plafonds, sols et toitures plates. Tissu armé, également pour les isolants à insuffler.
Proclima DB + : frein-vapeur étanche à l'air et hygrovariable. Coéfficient de résistance moindre que l'intello. Egalement armé pour les techniques d'insufflation.
Isover VARIO KM Duplex: membrane frein-vapeur, étanche à l'air et hygro-régulante destinée à l'étanchéité de toutes les constructions en éléments légers ou massifs.
* En complément de ces 3 produits, il existe un assortiment de tapes et accessoires afin de réaliser les assemblages des membranes d'étanchéité aux éléments de construction.
